The Plus version integrates the author’s personal views of what the game should look like (adding in certain features, tweaking others…). Unofficial Patch has had the goal to “integrate all content that was meant to be there but didn’t make the cut”, with more or less personal interpretation. This guy is just amazing in terms of energy and keeps the community active, answering all the questions… Unofficial Patch and Unofficial Patch + : probably the most active and updated addition to the game, Wesp has been tweaking the game and fixing bugs ever since 2005 or so.
I would only recommend it if you are curious to play like it’s 1999 (:p)
Vanilla: The base basic version of the game, with Official Patch (1.2) is your bare bones version of the game. So it’s super hard to work on, that’s serious dedication.
